Quotes and installation
Surveys, quotes and installations are carried out by our approved installation partner. If you decide to go ahead, your contract for the supply and installation of your system will be with that installation partner, on their terms, which they will give you before you agree. Their terms will explain your rights, including any cancellation period.
Booking, rescheduling and cancelling
You can rearrange or cancel your survey at any time using the links in your confirmation messages, or by replying to us. We ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. We are not responsible for any loss caused by relying on general information on this website rather than the advice given at your survey.
