Who we are

Comfort Home Air is a trading name of Gorilla Leads Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17293583. Registered office: Izabella House, 24-26 Regent Place, Birmingham, B1 3NJ. Gorilla Leads Ltd is the data controller for the personal information you give us through this website. Contact us about your data at [email protected].

What we collect

  • Your name, phone number, email address and home address or postcode

  • Your answers to our suitability check, such as room, property type and timescale

  • Details of any survey you book, and notes from our calls with you

  • Technical information such as your IP address, device and how you use our website, collected through cookies and similar tools

How we use it

  • To check whether our heating and cooling system suits your home

  • To contact you by phone, text and email about your enquiry and arrange your free survey

  • To send appointment confirmations and reminders

  • To share your details with our installation partner so they can carry out your survey, quote and, if you go ahead, your installation

  • To follow up if you have not booked yet, unless you ask us to stop

  • To measure and improve our website and advertising

Our legal basis

We use your details to take the steps you ask for before a contract (arranging your survey and quote), for our legitimate interests in following up enquiries and running our business, and with your consent where the law requires it, such as marketing messages and non-essential cookies.

Who we share it with

  • Our installation partner, who carries out surveys and installations

  • Service providers who run our systems: our CRM and booking platform (HighLevel), email (Google Workspace) and advertising and analytics (Meta)

Some of these providers store data outside the UK, including in the USA. Where they do, we rely on approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK-US data bridge. We never sell your details.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you become a customer, in which case records are kept as long as needed for warranty, legal and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for a copy to take elsewhere, and withdraw consent at any time. Reply STOP to any text or click unsubscribe in any email to stop marketing. Email [email protected] to use any of these rights.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the website work, and analytics and advertising cookies (including the Meta Pixel) to understand visits and measure our ads. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies using our cookie banner, and change your browser settings at any time.
